Gaza Flotilla. Yet Another Peace Brigade.

NOT.

Self-explanitory. Even if not to the major media, who've been taken in hook, line, and sinker.

There is much to read out there, and this is getting constantly updated as the minutes tick, but for the moment let's tip the hat to Melanie Phillips:

"The Islamist strategy of war against Israel is carefully calibrated to deploy the most effective weapon in its armoury in the cause of jihadi violence – the western media. Right on cue, western governments accordingly deliver their own script in condemning the victims of terror for defending themselves."
No doubt the condemnations from the United Nations and the European Union will continue to pour in during the week, as well as the riots...in "Progressive" European capitals and other outposts of the Western world such as...Paris and...London. In fact, when it comes to Eurabian attitudes these days, the protests might get as intense in those capitals as those in Istanbul--if not more so. Truly astonishing.

Well, if the western media weren't so hell bent on being the tools of a bunch of laughable posers, they wouldn't seem like such a flimsy excuse for journalism. News guys are supposed to be savvy, and suspicious of being used. These clowns roll over and pull up their skirts, hopeful for a pat on the rump. If it wasn't for sites like Wakepedia we'd never learn anything relevant to the actual events going on in the world. And Wakes doesn't even get paid for it!

Sheesh.

Fortunately, I have neither a skirt, nor a rump I particularly want patted right now anyhow.

But yes, there is some culpability here in the Slipstream Media. Though as often happens, and to be fair, they'll have some balance and the truth will seep out in places in-between the fingers here and yonder.

By then, it's too late. The world will get the impression that Hamas means well and not genocide of the Jews, and that this mission of "peace" was so obnoxiously and rudely interrupted by the utter bloodlust of the IDF trying to stanch the flow of baby food and diapers into Gaza.

Like AC/DC sung, "that's when the tear drops fall, fellah!"

So this is Dirty Deeds, Done Dirt Cheap!

Or, so the whole world seems to think now, eh?

As to me and blogging, thanks for the pat on the shoulder (though not the rump, mind ya) but like the stereotypical white guy (or just the rhythm skills of Al Gore, maybe) I must say that I too am often found here late on the draw. Clapping to the beat at the wrong time. I am just not able to keep up with stuff like April is, with the world throwing crap against the wall so fast and furious, and it being so hard to scrape off.

But I try, and heck, who knows, like April, maybe if I get a fan base going I can get some Paypal action to boot. Paid for this crap yet? Who knows, Nick?

So thanks for the kind words.
